Can anyone make a mod that would allow Rome to recruit any available auxiliary to be recruited in any Rome province/region? Let's say I have auxiliary barracks in Sparta but my army is in Libya, I should be able to recruit auxiliary hoplites from the auxiliary barracks in the Libya. For the balancing purposes, the recruitment may require 2 turns instead of one, one for shipping them here and one for their recruitment.
