If you've added the mod to a save, and started the game and loaded that save, the files should have been created, in:
C:\Users\<your windows username>\AppData\Roaming\SpaceEngineers\Saves\76561198214981175\<name of save>\Storage\2667547195.sbm_BiggerExplosions

If you can't fix it by exiting the game, restarting the game, and loading the save with the mods present, you could look at the game log file SpaceEngineers.log in %appdata%\SpaceEngineers for any clues, otherwise try to ask the mod creator.
