Tesla Clouds
In the original RA sometimes tesla clouds would spawn later in skirmish games ... is it still a thing here ? If so how to unlock them ?

If you use the Chronosphere there is I think a 20% chance of the Chrono Vortex as it's caleld spawning

yea, that's the Chrono Vortex.

It's still there, but its colours are messed up in classic mode.

It's possible to make a guaranteed 100% chance of one spawning upon getting a specific reward from a crate if you edit rules.ini. I've done it before.

It's also possible to make them appear from crates.
