Objects around shrines store the tooltip text in rooms.xml but the text when you hover over IE: anvil of krong or Inconsequentia isn't. Where is it? I can't find it anywhere. Seems like a strange oversight to put everything in an xml file, except this.

Example of what I'm talking about: Anvil of Krong says "Anvil of Krong" and then a yellow line "Perform Feats of Crafting" is added if you're adjacent to it.
