Maybe if you share a link to the actual blueprint (presumably it's from the Steam workshop) somebody could look at and see what is going on. There are various ways that what you describe can be done, they will usually fail if you are in survival mode and try try to use a projector to project and weld in the normal way, but until recently my experience is that spawning them in creative mode works fine.

Note that blueprints that include any DLC blocks will not include those if you don't own the DLC, so that could be the reason. The fact that the listing does not say or show that the DLC is used is not to be relied on as that is a setting that needs to be added by a human, it is not automatic.

HI, it may be a "Supergridding" creation where we must enable Supergridding from the world advanced setting to be able to paste.
