When creating a mechanised unit, is it possible to animate the discharge flash from the muzzle. At the moment of writing it seems that the projectile animation comes from the base of the unit with no visual effect that the unit’s gun has discharged. I see a recoil but no muzzle flash and smoke, similar to the rifle units. Has anyone tackled this issue or maybe it’s not an issue because it can’t be done.
