Is there a DDE SDK?

Given that there are so many changes, is there a new dev kit I'm not seeing anywhere, or should we just use the DD1 SDK for the time being?

There wont be one for DDE since all info is server side to prevent cheating

how/why is there workshop support then? Like there has to be a way I upload content to the DDE workshop, that's where I'm lost..

There will be a form of one or just the usual bog standard UDK or a tweaked DDUDK whatever it is. Server side and prevention of cheating has nothing to do with workshop support, Dota 2 has one but nothing gets implemented into the game without Valves say so, same thing might appy here.

can't they just mark your save file like in Torchlight 2?
Torchlight 2 makes it so if you download any mods you play with different users in MP than if you use the vanilla file
