How can we make stuff for this worshop?

Escuse me Im a workshop newbie.
How can we make and post things for this workshop? I looked on Steam and around the net but I found nothing.
I'd like to be ablle to custom my HUD and as there still nothing I want to try to do it myself. But I found no ressources, no infos, so if you could help me, thanks.

workshop has been disabled so no one can have modded or hacked weapons,trendy also made it so any software for the hacked/modded wepons cannot be used,so what your bacicly saying LET ME HAVE HACKED STUFF!!!!!!!!

I don't care about hacked stuff, I never used it, I only played Ranked in DD1. What I want is free customisaton of the cosmetics parts of the game for the moded client.

For exemple if I want my apprentice to look like Bibi from Final Fantasy or mod my HUD allow me to do it, but this will be client side.
