I was wondering if this could even be possible. If we combine multiple mods (2-3) of similar type and rarity it creates a mod of the next tier. I've been through most of the campaign and found 1 red, 3 purple, 10 blue and, like, 100 white mods (my luck sucks. D':) So this would allow access to higher tier mods who are hated by RNG.
