I don't think anyone has successfully imported a model into the game yet and have it work, perhaps someone could change the base texture of a unit. Until they give us the ability to import their .alo and .ala files into blender or other 3d software, it will be impossible to directly edit the model of a unit, but I think adding a new model is possible with the template animations but havent gotten around to looking into it more yet.
