I got X:CE going through steam, it wasn't that hard. There are some crash bugs but nothing that makes it unplayable.
So I decided to have a crack getting X-Division working. The instructions are pretty sparse. The list of mods that appeared on the mod list after extracting the archive was a lot shorter than the one on the guide. I don't know if I need to install these additional mods manually.

When I start the game it spams a lot of errors of the general form:
'Manu.XAircraft9' is not a manufacture category name (Name='ManTech.MiG32')

This is an example, it goes through maybe 15 different names mostly with different categories.

If I click all these away the game starts but it does not appear to be X-Division. I might be wrong here, but I was assuming some graphical or equipment differences in the very start of the game.
