Anybody experience this besides me? Just running along. I thought it might have been disk swapping but there's no disk activity. I see cpu utilization up to 40-50 % when this happens, and it happens regularly. Running i5 3570k at 4 ghz. 12 mb ram. Windows 7 64 bit. Vega 56. Graphics card isn't being taxed at all. Running 1080p with high settings. Doesn't seem to matter what settings though on graphics. Can't figure a solution.
