Does anyone know if it's possible to modify character traits?

I've figured out how to change around the names and descriptions just fine. I also messed around with swapping the pictures, to, e.g. create a cowgirl with the industrialist bonuses, but that's not perfect since I haven't figured out how to change the voice during character selection, or the save icon, so those don't sync up. Thanks!
