Unlikely to be introduced into steam modding most likely, but if you do want mods right now [But they are unsupported -- however pretty simple to remove] you can go to Nexus Mods

I remember that when PC version is announced Capcom even said that PC version wont have Mod support so i think all the mods now are completed by player without official support.So dont hold too much hope.
