Just go to the hdd you installed Car Mechanic Simulator 2018 to and search for the workshop folder with the number 645630. There are your workshops mods. Don't get upset of the many folders because even if you do not download a specific mod, steam makes already an empty folder for it. Then copy the folders in question to the cms2018 folder "Cars" found under /Car Mechanic Simulator 2018/cms2018_Data/StreamingAssets/
After that open this folder and look for the original names of the mods. In every modded car folder there is a file starting with "car_" and ends with ".cms"
For example the 1993 Ford Mustang by deadbob777 can be found under the folder "1203729435" and the file you need for getting the right name is "car_fordmustang93-deadbob777.cms". So just copy that name without the "car_" and ".cms" like "fordmustang93-deadbob777" and paste it renaming the folder name.
