I'm not one for stealing content, however, rigging isn't that hard. You could probably learn how to do it yourself, even, if you had the patience.
Like I said, you could probably learn how to do it yourself if you had the patience. It's real easy. All you need is crowbar, blender, and GCFScape.
They have similar rigs, they have all the same bones and techniques, just different animations. However, CC uses a shared animation system. So it'd be even easier to rig for it. You would just have to apply weight maps properly.
Like I said, it's easy. Just find out how to do it. Rigging for gmod is the same as rigging for any other source engine game.
