Sometimes you just need to drain the water and clean the tub.
That's what this mod does.
I drained the Earth, now we must cleanse in its glory.

This Mod is compatible with anything that doesn't edit the map folder.

ALSO!
The mod 'Unplugged Addons' is out!
That means that, with it, you can colonize the sea.
It also adds some other minor things at the moment.
