you know there are not a hole lot of items for the sniper and not a hole lot of good hatseitehr but the best hat and gear is the holy hunter set but its holloween restriceted and i was hopeing i would find a set like that here and here it is :}

That rainbow belt gave me an idea. Rainbow paint! :D Just apply it to an item, and you can see in pyrovision! But it can also be viewed outside...or maybe no pyrovision. Whatever the case, GET ME RAINBOW PAINT!! HAHAHAHAHA!!!!

There is no way to download this stuff or view it properly on the workshop, for that you rely on the author releasing the stuff as a mod for an existing item.

With 24 hours remaining, and the sub par quality of the rest of the items - I don't see it to be worth the time i'd have to invest in it.
