it looks very good but 17 different trees and 2 different props are a bit too much.

The stats used to be balanced when uploaded, but one of the updates or DLCs changed the building stats.

@ClaraWaffles Who cares if is not balanced to vanilla game. Is a MOD, if you want vanila status play with vanilla assets.

upkeep is $104/week when vanilla is $160/week, water and electricity are not even close to a similar ratio to vanilla. and 4x vanilla student capacity. Unbalanced. Too bad because it looks cool.

I like this asset, but we should all know there's a lot of additional assets that are required for this to show up right. Perhaps you could include these in the list of requirements?

This is beautiful. I like lots of your assets. They will suit my new San Gabriel Valley City. You might like to view my new map in the Workshop called East San Gabriel Valley. It's a fairly realistic scale too.

I like your detail style! Been subscribing to most of them. Only suggestion is maybe you can take some closer screenshots to really showcase the building. No biggie...thumbs up :)
