Throw all of the cogs including the wrench into the well to unlock the boss fight room. The blue door opens when you through a certain physics prop up into the crawl space outside on of the spawn rooms

I haven't unlocked the blue door; I have the shotgun; I have made extra sure not to cheat unless I need to. The only mod I have that affects this map's gameplay is a mod that buffs the damage of the SMG, pistol, and shotgun-- because, to be honest, I am really tired of dying over and over and over and over. It's SO much more enjoyable when I can focus on figuring things out instead of worrying my ass off about that 2-shot-kill superstar jumping in and blowing my brains out. This isn't where my feedback ends. I don't give up as easily as I used to. I will give you more feedback when I feel the need to.

Today, I played this map for at least an hour, I would say, and I've been stuck at the point right after the greenhouse for a long time. I collect all the cogs, throw them in the well. Then, the floor of the well breaks, then I wander for a long time. I've tried everything-- I've pressed the fireplace key to every door, touched every door, rinse and repeat with the milk crates, the wooden crate, the picture frame, the wrench, and the mattress; I've checked all of the walls for dynamic objects (AKA func_door), hit many things with the crowbar, checked every branch of the tree for hanging objects... do I need to go on?

Also, it's possible to fall into the well (?) in the room before the outdoors segment by climbing on a plastic crate from the foggy room downstairs. All it takes is one crate, too.

Question: is the SMG grenade part of a puzzle, or is it just there to help?

The crowbar is right there on the in the closet. To open the closet, you'll need to find a key in the room

when I start as the berks detective how do you get the crowbar I found no way to get it without cheating

The wrench is used in a step after the greenhouse. But the key is used for something that I cannot remember. 100% honesty. I feel stupid cause I forgot what to do with it. It's not needed though.

so...i have obtained 2 items: a wrench, and a key with some orange color at the tip of it. looking around the house (or what i could explore) for a bit, and i have not found any keyholes that the key would go in. any ideas, or tips of advice?
