Redownloading the mod is all I can recommend because this mod isn't the thing causing your issue.

This mod is really nice, but for some reason, it only works about half of the time. Sometimes it works, other times it's just the default MK18. I made sure to check, and I don't have any other mods for that weapon that might be interfering.

Those retextures look very, very polished! These really spiced up the security weapons for me. (I pair those with the improved vanilla textures for M16)
