There is ADS package dedicated to Nukos mod.
This MOD is for housekeeper cats.
I think that ADS Mod will work properly if each patch is used.

I am sorry if it was not a desired answer.

I have Nukos Mod and House KeeperAssistance Cat Mod. Like the patch so they can clean the Nukos.
Do I need to add this other patch to be compatible with A Dog Said Mod?
Or is that the other Nukos patch for ADS mod?
Do I need to target both or just one?

It's easy to implement. Just add ADogSaidBody tag like this in Races_Animal_HousekeeperCat.xml

<Defs>
<ThingDef ParentName="AnimalThingBase" ADogSaidBody="LegsArmsTail">
<defName>HousekeeperCat</defName>

(they are bipedal humanoids, right?)

Sorry, easy patcher is not supported.
Also, I am not familiar with that mod.
I may investigate in my free time.

Maybe just make it compatible with easy patcher? It only requires one xml tag in animal thing def.
