Mantis shrimp are not crabs or shrimp but are related to them by class, the order Stomatopoda is the mantis shrimps (it's only mantis shrimp in that order)... looks like a shrimp mixed with a lobster so it is less surprising.

Yeah, I agree with you, and saving less time as well, since we don't really have to go into detail with all these patterns and such, we can keep it as simple as it is to make it the color it's mostly shown to be, and your good fanbase does need mantis shrimps so you'll make them happy to have them in gmod now.

Oh yes I've seen a real mantis shrimp, and this one has a little more variation with colors and patterns, such as those spots on some part of it's pattern scheme, but you can keep yours as red as it is.
