alright, calm your tits man. haven't touched hammer in my life and don't intend to, thought description made it clear this is just an upload. ran ur link through google translate and it lists a map editor, and not a map maker. implies they only edited the map and seeing how it came out only a few months ago, seems like ur mistaken
