@Lednard Follow steps 3 and 4 in the instructions to find the files. It is a little tricky to find the mod if you have a lot of mods installed, but just go by the first number (so look for mod numbers starting with "9") and it should be in there if you followed the previous steps correctly.

Anyone knows where I can find the A2 replacement for Rochelle ?

This is one of my favorite mods! I don't really like Rochelle's voice (or character), so having this mod as a way to fully replace her is welcomed. Now, with another one of your Rochelle model replacements, I have begun to favor playing as Rochelle. Plus, A2's voice lines often encapsulate the attitude that I often have when playing this game lol.

In the GCFS there are two files ,named "a2 voice clips" and "producer", could I please ask which one should I use to replace .wav files in "L4D2/L4D2/player/survivor/voice/producer"?

Can I do anything about the audio sounding like it playing from my character when I'm Nick and the files are on Rochelle? Basically whenever Rochelle talks, no matter how far away from her I am, the audio for her voice sounds like its playing from my survivor.

something happened unexpectedly. this voice pack was working for me for some time but when i loaded up a map i wanted to play this voice pack started to speak in chipmunk pitch. idk how this happened it just some lines were just sped up some lines were spoken normally but other times when the voice tries to work during gameplay i get chipmunk voice. any idea what happen or what do i need to do?

i found a sout voice mod with a maby much easyer code to work with they instal it right with all other mods on this pc.

I need help. I followed every step and used both methods, but Rochelle is now completely silent. no voice clips play at all.

When I was making with reloading sounds for rochelle here with this A2 voicepack, something I noticed is that she barely uses "reloading05" & "reloading06" Only the first 4 she really uses. It might just be plain RNG but some of them, they don't use very often.

I already checked that and it is correct. I tried a few different files in louis '' reloading01 '' I think it was but its just stubborn I guess, Everything else worked ok what I tried tho. One more question if I may , do you know how the RNG with the voices work. I have tried a few voice replacers before and when you use the dialogue menu wheels in game sometimes the character would say what you select and sometimes they would not say anything, some mods were better or worse than others at this so I'm curious to why there is sometimes silence. I know the reloading is random what or if a character sais something which figures like the base game but this is the dialogue wheels.

I had an issue where I downloaded a song that I wanted to make to be main menu music, but it wasn't playing and then I realized it was probably not in the correct 44100 hz format. probably something like 48000 or above so I re-exported out of Audacity with correct settings and it started working. Other than that, I don't have a reeason why it won't work.

Thanks for replying. It looks like voice files are mono. So Is their anything else to know or is that it ? I tested on some of the survivors just by replacing their ''vocal reloading '' sounds which of course each character has several. They all work apart from one single one on Louis which just doesn't work at all even and I don't know why.

They don't need to be same length, but do require to be 44100 hz. I forgot if it has to be mono or stereo.

I hope you don't mind me asking but I'm curious about replacing voices. To replace a line do the voice files need to be just the same length ? 44100 hz and im guessing for voices its mono. What things need to match exactly ? I used audacity to change some music and I'm wondering how the voice files work also.

I got it working how I wanted, thanks and thanks for the mod.

DLC 2 and 3 are main DLC folders containing left 4 dead 1 campaigns where zoey's voice files would be. DLC 1 is for the passing with the meetup between l4d1 and 2 survivors. You would just throw the voice fies in DLC 2 teenangst folder.

How is that done ? There is no Teen folder in step 6 in the above instructions, only in the DLC 1,2,3 folders.
