So I spawned it in on the map and went to the room and like any other normal human being and pressed E, to no suprise it showed there was an error and nothing was taken from me and nothing was given to me, I'm guessing I'm a moron and there's something I wasn't paying attention to.

You'd need to alter it so it does work, since I have it set to spawn on an exact location in the breach gamemode map.

1.) I even said it was a specified location just jow. 2.) I said it in the description this addon works best for the map gm_site19_v3 because that's what I coded it on (meant for GFL breach). When the entity is spawned it teleports to the SCP-1162 room. This was never meant for sandbox maps or whatever. 3.) It's invisible because the decal of SCP-1162 exists in the room for it on site19_v3.

It's invisible and spawns in a specified location on a map. What do you want me to take a picture of? The hole in game? The function of it is based off the wiki. You press E on it with an item in hand, you get something out. What's not simple about this?
