You have to go into Team Edit, Transfer Wrestler, and any downloaded wrestler will be in the "Retired" catagory. So just take them from there and move them to what ever team you want them in

Just click the Green Subscribe button and next time you launch your game he will be in there. You will have to assign him to a promotion by going into Team Edit as when downloaded he will be set in the "retire" catagory.
