It's too complicated to explain it in a comment but if you google it there are a lot of great tutorials on how to create a mod.

You would need to make another mod for that. If you're interested you could make it yourself, it's really easy, you don't even need to code or edit the texture, just replace novakid with glitch and glitch with novakid in the name of the texture file.
