Unfortunately the walkway does not connect to the ground regardless of how I terraform. the footprint of the asset is prevents it. Doesn't look realistic.

ah no - thats not possible in this way - but search for "female" & "male" in the workshop - you will find static humans to place ;)

no a park like the vanilla marina for example so cims could be seen occuping the club. i don't know if it is workable
