I was about to add in the map description that to get started, you need to spawn some items first. an axe, a Schofield (or you can make a bow), a blowtorch for repairs, and a pickaxe. After that, you can find every material for survival around the map.

I played the map, my only issues are that theres nowhere to find a pickaxe or axe (You may also want to make a place to find glue and/or tape so you can make rifles) and that there aren't other areas in the map to explore. Otherwise, great map and good job. :P

+Ryanaue I agree this is a very basic map, but I was mainly trying out types of detailed terrain such as the creek, and custom structures. I have started a map much like this, but it will have custom npcs if I can figure that out, and many more buildings.

+The_Random_Elevator I showed my cousin this map, and he has a potato computer. It ran fine, 30-40 fps, but on low settings.

+1 for Ham's idea, I love the aesthetic of this map for showcasing the types of detailed structures that can be made in Unturned, but would love a version with more gameplay (like the plane crash idea)

There have been lots of craftables added, just look up an item ID guide, and find the crafting section to see what's been added.

If you make a whole new map, I'd suggest slightly less tree density, so there's room to build, and randomized seed/raw food spawns all across the map. I'm still fairly new to this version of Unturned so I'm not sure really what should be added because it can't be crafted through the scrap metal, wood, or leather you get from natural resources.

Sure thing, Ham. I think I might make something like the Forest, spawning on a plane crash, where you can find essentials, like an axe, medical supplies, cloth, scrap, and enough food to last maybe a day or two, just so you can get started.

Could we get a version without the house, or any of the buidlings and overly generous seed spawns, I've been scouring the workshop for something wildernessy, with a focus on survival and only basic item spawns, limited mostly to a pickaxe and axe at every spawn point so you can build everything manually. I've not played in forever so I dont even know what can and cant be built under those restrictions but w/e.

Pngoulet, there are a ton of animal spawns, I just think they are rare. In the editor, I placed like 25 cow / pig spawns around the house, I have only seen one cow in total. But yes, they are there
