mp_ignore_round_win_conditions 1
sv_airaccelerate 150 (1000 tops)
sv_accelerate 8
sv_cheats 1
mat_disable_bloom 1

-tickrate 64 (or 85, maybe 100)

higher tickrates increase acceleration but also increase the odds of getting stickbugged
anyone complaining about the ramps is probably trying to surf at 128-tick
