the guy that dies in intro scene is Rob Dier from the movie, yeah. Also known as the 'Hunter' in the game files which backs it up

The guy that dies in the intro scene is only winning because people think its funny. People like chad because he is a character that you can attach to. He actually is playable. But this guy is just there to start the kill count. He is only winning because he is sort of a meme.
