since then, i've permanently been waiting, for mods that i consider essential to be updated. then 1.5 came before all my beloved mods reached 1.4 - and now, we're on RW 1.6, i still miss plenty of mods and think about writing an oldschool complainment letter to tynan, to complain about his high frequency dlc drops despitet him not buying an AI for the game to update all the mods.
and the worst part is, that i can't just switch back to 1.3, because so many mods have been discontinued, some even taken down completely because they had to be rewritten for 1.4.
the music ones don't seem to make many changes to the game anyways in terms of potential conflicts.
The only catch is the main menu music and the new colony landing sting would be overwritten by whichever mod is lowest on the list in load order. The in-map music is a list, whereas the former are specific entries.
Thanks for the feedback, Prophet. This gives me an idea to create a specific mod to disable the vanilla music. Then I can have this mod be only additions to the list.
You should also mention if this will REPLACE the current rimworld music, or just ADD to the music list. Also should try to test this out with other music mods (there arent many for A17) just to be sure there is no conflicting issues.
