Oh? How did I not notice that? I may not be familiar with Planarians, so I must not know that much about them, so thanks for letting me know more about it.

@The Green Allosaur I based the eyes off this photo of a planarian http://isciencemag.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2012/04/planarian.jpg which obviously has the same type of eyes.

What I don't like about this is how you gave it cartoony round white eyes with round black pupils, otherwise it's mostly okay to me. Correct me if I am wrong about those eyes on top of it's head.

@Hurricaneflyer So what? does being a planarian stop it from being a flatworm? that's like saying being a tiger, being called a tiger, stops it from being a cat.
