I have put this into several Collections and District Styles I have made but it did not occur to me to make a Collection or Style for LGBTQ+ until LemonsterOG took the initiative. Huzzah!

You need After Dark DLC and you can turn a generic commercial zone into leisure district. Just like you can turn a generic industrial zone into farming or oil etc. If you want to just place it whenever you want without zoning, I believe Ploppable RICO mod would help? But I don't use that mod so I'm not 100% sure. Oh I just realized that the DLC isn't shown as required..!

No mod other than Find it. I drop this into a blue commercial zone. I've only had the game a week, so it's relatively mod-free. What is the difference between a commercial zone and a specialized commercial zone. What specialization does it need?

Not sure what kind of mod you are using to prop the building. It is a leisure building so you have to place in a specialized commercial zone in order to prevent disappearing? hope that helps

I believe you need the AD expansion since it is a leisure specialized building. But you might be able to place it with some mods? I always keep the file name and asset name consistent so it should be easy to find it...I don't have Find it mod so not 100% sure the reason why though.

You're welcome :) and yes I agree. You just said it all of what I didn't say and sadly it's a common thing that some gay people just can't accept themselves that they're gay and are suffering. In my opinion, being homophobic is just a way of releasing self-oppression so I'd rather see homophobic comments here than violence at a gay bar. But after all, it’s ok dude, no need to get angry, it’s your body telling you, you prefer penises over vaginas. Dont fight it.

I know 1x buildings are generally very rare to spawn and you have to zone in a specific way :( Glad that it worked out. Happy Pride Month to you too :)

I zoned out some 1x3 in my leisure district and couldn't get these to grow. Tried again yesterday and 3 popped up! Happy Pride Month <3
