Haven't touched Sam modding for ages, but I took a quick look through game's files and found SeriousSam_cutscenes.mdl in Content\SeriousSam3\Models\Player\SeriousSam, which I'm pretty sure is the model used for cutscenes. You gotta replace Sam's mesh with Guts in it.

Hey bro do you know how to mess with the SS3 cutscenes for Fusion by any chance? I’m asking because I just want to replace Sam’s main model with Guts here so Guts appears in SS3’s cutscenes instead of Sam. I can’t find a direct answer online so if you know how I’d greatly appreciate it, but if you don’t that’s fine. Thanks.

No other manga (or any other work of art, I think) has influenced my outlook on life as much as Berserk. Rest in peace, Kentaro Miura.
