Someone was able to rip the model out of Arkham Knight so it should be possible to convert it for Xcom2, if someone knows how to use Blender...
As for Bane, would have to see how many lines he had in Origins, because Asylum and City for sure wouldn't be enough for anything bigger than voicepack that has "enemy down" and nothing else.
I'll open his folder again, maybe will get some fresh ear, but no promises.
