I'll definitely make some low rise hotels and motels, since the game is lacking them. I'll try to make a series of them with different commercial levels, depending on the quality and amenities they have to offer. If I find the 4x4 limit too small for certain hotels, I'll just make it a unique building to make it more appropriate, with reasonable stats.

Can you do a low-rise suburban hotels pack? They need to be 3 to 6 floors max. Here are somne examples...

-Days Inn
-Holiday Inn
-Radisson
-Hilton Garden Inn
-Super 8
-Motel 6
-La Quinta
-Marriot (Courtyard, Fairfield, Residence Inn, and Springhill Suites)

sounds great. You should make those unique buildings so they are the appropriate size, the growables are a tad bit small....

I'm not sure if it will show up on RICO or not as it is, but I'll see what I can do to make it RICO compatible. I might make a Carl's Jr. later on since there are some existing on workshop already. I'm focusing on making assets that don't exist yet. I might buildings like Krispy Kremes Donuts, TGI Fridays, Red Lobster, Outback Steakhouse, etc.
