Oops! I didn't see that Mass Transit is a required DLC. I retract my previous statement!

Well, sorry Drew....but of course there is a two-lane road leading to the starting tile. You might need the DLC Mass Transit or check out some mods that enable all tiles, so you can start wherever you like :)

Seemed like a cool map but the highway system isn't connected to the starting tile :/
