@Shadow, yeah, I think this is the good one, since I kinda forgot to make one way tracks inside the roundabout in the first one, which can cause massive congestions!

Is the other flawed and this the "good" one? A little confused.

I like that this intersection preserves 2R inside the road, and keeps the lines separate, properly.

Maybe cause you connected both of your train lines to each layer, so they don't need to, but that was not like it was inteded!
