Hey guys, I'm so sorry to do this to you, but I need to work on my future for concern of not having one if I'm not careful. Please check out the video added to the description discussing me going on hiatus from modding Space Engineers.

Not too sure. There's a few ways he could've done it without needing a source FBX file.

if know thor he did not ask any one use model so I wonder if he fond a way converter MWM file in to some thing elss then converter that in to some thing that blender can use i do know Adobe have some file converter so i wonder if he fond a way useing that

It might just be using the actual MWM that the mod shipped with or he asked nukeguard for permission to use the model.

odd then i wonger thor was able to steal nukeguard Tractor Beam 3D model to use as on one his phasers when all he had was the MWM file then

No, there's no MWM to FBX converter available.

isn't there a file converter out there i mean i had to convert sound files form another game work with Stellaris so isn't there there a way do that same with MWM and FBX files

The MWM files are there. That's not the problem. The problem is that there are no FBX or Blend files for me to use for 3D modeling. I can't use MWM files in Blender.

odd bc the MWMs file are in some other mods i look in like the Star Trek - SFC IV Main Content mod has it in there files

The blender files are gone. The 3D model files that were used to build the MWM's. Those are not in that folder.

well you could start over or sub to you own mod and go to steam/steamapps/workshop/content/ 244850/95783823 i honestly don't get how you modder don't know how recover your old data if your computer died

I'm sorry, I'm not sure if this is going to get an update at present. All the source files for it are gone. Lost them when my computer died in Oct last year.

I have been able to. I've been doing what work I can despite my health issues. If you hop onto my Discord you can keep up to date better and find out what's going on in a more reliable basis. My focus has been catwalks mod, animation modding tutorial, figuring out a new living situation, and my health.

I appreciate it. There'll be more to come later. I'm headed to Florida for a week tonight then I'll be back on the 20th, so work will resume after that. I have a few requests for more stuff for this mod set that'll be getting added.

Fixed some texture wierdness. Hopefully things look properly now and shadows stop being weird.

MINOR UPDATE: Fixed some collision issues. Re-exported some blocks to hopefully get rid of weird inconsistency between users. The door works but, the door leafs don't have their collision working, so you can walk right through it. The devs have to fix this, it's not something I can do.

Let me know if you guys run into any more issues.

For now, what you can do is connect a conveyor junction at the top or the bottom of one of the walls. There's a conveyor port in the middle on the top and bottom that the vanilla conveyors will connect to. I suggest the conveyor junction so you maintain airtightness.

Am missing something obvious here - how do you connect these wall conveyors to oxygen generators?

No, there shouldn't be any messed up collision. For me everything looks correct. Try locating the 957838234.sbm in the C:\Users\YOURUSER\AppData\Roaming\SpaceEngineers\Mods, delete it, redownload. If it's still there after, let me know.

Are the collisions supposed to be against the wall or 1 block wide? Theres an imaginary forcefield that prevents you from getting against the walls.

they don't need to be all of them, maybe just the air vent walls and windows,doors, air tanks, so forth essentially just the straight walls , doesn't have to be the criss-crossed ones.

Hmmm, that's a possibility. Some of them might be a little difficult in some regards. I don't recognize some of those blocks, they must be modded. If any of those blocks are mod blocks, you'll have to bug the original mod author.

That'd probably end up in a pack by itself and would take quite a bit longer to make.

No problem! If you have any requests, now would be the time to do it, since it's a fresh release I'm prone to add/fix things relatively quick. If I move onto something else, it'll be lengthened between release.
