None at all. I've used it for dozens of hours and never had a problem.

Does this mod have a bug with Repentance?

I don't own Repentance yet, so I can't test this problem right now, but I will look into it as soon as I'm able to. For what it's worth, I doubt this has something to do with my mod, though. All this mod does is gift you two items in the beginning of the game. It doesn't do anything else. It's basically as if you picked up those two items in the beginning of the game. I don't see how it would cause a crash when you pick up some trinket. But, like I said, I will look into it as soon as I can. Until then, I would advise you to disable my mod if it's causing you problems.

Yes, the items can spawn as rewards again with no effect when you pick them up. Unfortunately, I can't control that without making the mod itself very incompatible, because I would either have to edit the item pools (to remove the items so that they don't get rerolled) or I would have to have the script running for the entire duration of the game, constantly checking and scanning for the items in order to change them if they appear. Both would be very bad solutions. Sorry for the inconvenience.

My only gripe is that they can be rerolled, but they can turn into other useful items anyway when otherwise there would be nothing so it's fine

You were right. Lilith loads differently from other characters and I hadn't noticed. The issue has now been fixed and tested for all game modes and levels multiple times.

If the problem persists, try unsubscribing and re-subscribing again, or manually deleting the mod folder from ..\My Documents\My Games\Binding of Isaac Afterbirth+ Mods, so that Steam can re-download it.

hi, I found a bug when I want to use Lilth playing the run and the game will crash. (normal run, hard mode, greed mode, ultra greed mode)

No, that can't happen. These items will still spawn normally, but taking them has no effect. I'm already working on getting it to do what you said, but I'm not promising anything yet.

if you pick up more options and theres options do you get even more choice?
