If you don't see the icons for the camping skills: Delete the "modfiles.txt" file or add the following line for each of the 4 camping skills: raid/camping/skill_icons/<camp_skill_name>.png <file_size_in_bytes> example: raid/camping/skill_icons/camp_skill_armour_polishing.png 8919.
Then update the files size for the modflies.txt file itself. Deleting it is just faster and won't do anything bad but choose for yourself.

Update: His skills can be selected but the image is just a pixel on the top left of the image canvas too hard to see or click.

I have checked all my other modded character classes to see if they had the same issue but it's exclusive to this mod.

His camping skills are bugged for me, put him on top of the load order and still the only skills I can de/select are the 3 generic camping skills, his unique skills can't be selected or bought on the survivalist shack.

Yeah? Who says? :P I made it because I thought it a tremendous shame that a Fanatic should be a villain and not a hero, and took it upon myself to fix that.

Even if this entire mod was made only for "Two Spidey" and "Ironic" meme, I love it... It is sometimes fun and quiute helpful! Also, the fact that Fanatic is tall as f*** makes it even funnier... Great one, recomend to everyone!

So I saw some video footage of that glitch I cannot reproduce, and apparently what happens is the camp skill pictures become tiny in the top left corner (?!). I guarantee that neither images nor code are compromised, so they ought to work anyway if you click that corner. On another note, the sound works, right? That was a later addition but -again- I myself use the same version you subscribe to right now and everything works perfectly. No DLC *should* be required. (Theoretical testing?)

i have a lot of mods, i dont recall editing any vanilla files though. the mod still works, the camp icons are just tiny squares in the top left. you can still click em though.

Just combed through the files and tested in-game again. I see nothing in the code (particularly relative to vanilla classes) to suggest they shouldn't work, and I'm still unable to reproduce the issue on my end (I'm seeing all camping skills). Perhaps ye altered vanilla files in some other way? Make sure ye have the latest version. The Drive download should now be unnecessary as the Steam is up to date.

Based on the comments and my own inability to reproduce the issue, I'm fairly certain that this camp skills issue is due to some localisation bug, probably because of my own amateurish execution. This means that the mod is basically English only -I never translated or wrote dialogue for other languages.

Oh, you can do that yourself easily enough. Add a new subfolder to your Fanatic installation, copied from any of the four skins, and call it fanatic_E or whichever follows, and replace the assets there with the ones from the darkened Fanatic mod (roster portrait and the fanatic.sprite series). That's how skin mods do it. Then it should show up as 5 in-game.
Normally modifying a workshop install like that would be problematic because it'll get replaced the moment the mod updates, but I don't think this is getting updated anymore

okay correction: his camping skills exist but the screen is SO SMALL that i thought it don't exist.

i played it in English! and alrighty, though it would be nice to put the sound in.

Are you two playing the game in a language other than English? If so, that might be the problem, because I never made localisation for this mod. Everything else can't be mod-side, because both the code and the art is included and aside from those I made sure to only use base game sounds so DLC would not be required.

hello i love this mod but i encounter problem. so his camping skills (aside from heal wound +2 more universal skills that every hero have except Flagellant) didn't show up. other than that is his attack doesn't have any sound. i wonder can you fix that or is there anything i could do?

sorry for bothering you again but i tested it only with this mod and one that takes away the other classes and even then the camping abilities are empty. and sorry english is not my first language kkkk

Pretty sure all versions of the mod are up to date and there's no reason they shouldn't work -unless you have an incompatible mod. Toss-up between that and did you actually select his camping abilities in the skill menu?

In battle, his sprites are the proper ones and work perfectly. Trouble is, as he was originally an enemy, he never *had* sprites for outside of battle. I got the squished ones you see from another mod to replace the placeholder sprites from before. There's nothing you or I can do about it unless someone would actually create full-sized idle/camp/hall sprites for the Fanatic. I think you need Spine or another program to make the skeleton, though, so I cannot do that

That's a known issue, those are his (low-quality) animations outside of battle. But hey, at least it's better than reusing Bounty Hunter sprites. No, you don't need CC to use it, I specifically designed it so and avoided drawing upon resources that would make it require DLC.

for me he looks squished XD like literally the character model is basically a vestal with a different head. Wich got me wondering do you actualy need the crimson court dlc in order to use this mod ?

Fanatic is fairly viable in the backline, put Ancestor's Scroll and Junia's Head on him and he can stress heal with Righteous Condemnation, keep everyone alive with Zealous Hatred, and snipe targets occasionally with Fury of The Righteous!

@YeetSkeet I imagine by this time you'll already have found it, but I highly recommend the Zealot mod. It actually includes a pyre (and honestly, this one is better without one for other reasons), and they synergize incredibly well. Only to be expected, as they are his disciples!
