I'm subscribed to the item and I have it mounted on my server, but the portals have no textures. They work, and you can shoot through them, and the gun's texture works. Any idea what could be wrong?

i have no textures for the portals and it makes huge problems with my server. do i have to do anything different than adding other addons to the server?
