As far as I know, toning down the phong values (usually phong exponent) in general should work when using DXT compression because their effects are more prominent in DXT.

@NK the aren't compressed with either of those. I actually tried to use them, but it made Max look too shiny.

The file size seems pretty high compared to the other Life is Strange playermodels. Did you use DXT1 or DXT5 compression for the materials? Just curious.
