This is probably the best item in the game, i just have no way of using it. I absolutely love it, and i wish that it wasn't halloween restricted

I LOVE this hat. totally. its always on my loadout screen and i use it on halloween servers all the time. well thats 1 of the problems. I hate just the fact that this was submitted in halloween they just had to restrict this hat. i dont see any problem with it being at any server. its not insulting . or "too spooky" or jsut not fit for daily gameplay. they realy should unrestrict it, and another problem they did was this was supposed to be a set. with the backpack canister too, wich looks amazing imo, and when they added just a part of the set, it is kinda depressing. i think valve should wake up a bit and well. listen to what fans want for a change

I love the item, and understand why it's restricted, but why isn't it paintable?
I love this, and want to show that love through garish colours!
Also, If I get a Name tag, I'm renaming this "The Cortex Command", Much cooler name.
