I'm sure it's available in multiple places online, but it would still have to be converted for Gmod: rigging, weight painting, texture converting, cape physics

@Paddy101, that was a Doctor Fate playermodel that was on the workshop. It's been removed. I have no idea why, if I had the files I would reupload it.

@Logicc it technically IS Zoom (the character not name). CW Black Flash is Zoom after the Time Wratihs got a hold of him. It's the same person, Hunter Zolomon.
