Hey author, this model looks great but before I download it myself I have a question. Is this a unique/individually placable building? This is a great design so I want it to be the centre-piece of my CBD rather than having it pop up everywhere as a growable. cheers

I think there is a restaurant on the top floor with 6m high room? ^^ Yes, it's more a peace of Art then a pratical Tower. But since this is a game... :)

interior space :P there wouldnt be much room for emergency staircases and the top floors would have very little room for people to actually live\work there
