Fun map, I finished it, was there meant to be a second episode as the way it ended.. unable to load level made it seem like it.

It was fun! The title was a little off putting but funner than expected.

I've disabled everything except these 3 files and map was loading fine.

This issue has nothing to do with the actual level because your game can't load models from UEP so I can't do anything with it. Maybe something conflicts with it or necessary files are disabled in game.

After defeating that giant rock boss I got this error:

Nice map. I encountered a problem though. In order to start one of the waves, you have to pick up an armor pickup, not walk over it. That got me stuck as I had 100 armor beforehand.
