Thanks for comments! Actualy it is not fully Hollywood Roast style because head and minions have curved shapes (it should have streight lines at horizontal, vertical and 45 degrees). I made it in Photoshop but any painting program is enough to do it, even simple Windows Paint ;) Programs with layers supporting (PS, Gimp) are good because you can make better animations). About style.. it quite simple, just draw the conturs of your new character, fullfill color and make such stylised tringles mosaic. At places where details are needed make it by antyaliasing technique using your colors pallete. Remember to prepare color pallete before start colorizing (every pixel art should have limited color pallet - for ex. 32 colors per scene)
